Our 900 sq ft two-story space is the brainchild of Danielle McWaters, owner and operator of the award-winning branding and packaging firm, Designsake. With a joyful, vibrant, and clean aesthetic, this space is designed to spark creativity and productivity.
On the first floor, you'll find :

Kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink, and coffeemaker—keeping your creativity fueled and refreshed.
Convenient on-site parking in the back of the building.

Please note that the space on the second floor is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator in the building for loading.

3-month and 6-month lease options
Month-to-month applicants will be considered, but we’re looking for folks who want to stick around and be part of a community.
The space will be open 9am–6:30pm Monday–Friday
